heard about this at city hall yesterday and then on the news last night so I dont have a link.
Its under consideration to RENAME garbage day to recycling day to further encourage recycling.

What a crock of crap....the cold affects some people's brains in very strange ways I see. Smile

yeah but it dont really cost anything to do...so if it encourages even 1% more recycling is it worth it?

This is Winnipeg people....half the city won't be putting out their garbage on 'recycling day'...they'll be waiting for a 'garbage day'.
