anyway the cafeteria across the street serves some pretty good stuff.. just had it first time ever and it tastes damn near as good as farm woman chicken served in the back of a pick up truck after 10 hours of hard work in the fields.

The buffet square place makes some decent stuff too.

whats everyone elses favorite friend chicken here or anywhere?

On a related note, the best fried chicken I had was at Uncle Willy's buffet back in the early 90s. Ate it every day for the 5 years or so I was employed there.

Second would be Champ's Chicken.

Romanis on Pembina and Markham makes fine chicken. Not sure if it is fried but it sure is tasty.

Getting further off topic all the time, but the new female peregrin falcon that hatched a few weeks ago downtown has been named "Vesper" -- same as the very first Bond Girl from Casino Royale.
