I was walking into work from the bus this morning and all over teh ground near the pony corral is a bunch of reciepts.

At first I think nothing of it, then I note that one is facing up so I glance down at it. ITs from a doctor. Yikes I thinkn
So I bend down and pick it up.

So I gathered up as many as I could see to bring them to work so I could call either Manitoba Health or maybe some sort of privacy officer.

Do you think the doctor will get in trouble? I am betting no.

Why? Cause they are from 1981 and the phone number listed belongs to a completely different doctor now.
Best guess is some sort of records purge and teh destroying company is a bunch of boobs.

Someone should be held accountable no matter how dated the records. ANY information that was to be held in the strictest confidence must remain private. I'd call the news organizations and report it.

Absolutely. Some dumbass should not be in the business of disposing of records when they allow this to happen.

Heh... that reminds me of the story of the guy who's neighbour called the police to say he was hiding drugs in his garden. The cops came over and dug up his garden, but didn't find anything. Thanks for tilling the garden for me, boys!

That reminds me of what some friends and I did in 1986. we went for a drive to Portage La Prarie.

We tired a bunch of corn on the cob to our bumper and dragged them around town.

We finally got pulled over. The police asked us what we were doing with the corn. My buddy then replies "we are trolling for pigs" my other buddy then says " I told you it would work " 5 tickets later we were on our way back to Winnipeg.

LOL... luckily we had smoked all our pot on the way to Portage or we would have been busted for possession.
