START DEALING WITH THE PROBLEM.. ie move the frick away from the coast... study and learn now how to change what crops grow where...Sheesh. Global warming seems to be working. Its September 14 and its still shorts and t shirt weather in the early morning and late evening. Will global warming have an effect on mosquitoes? How soon?

How can they tell me what the temperature was 2,000 years ago and they still can't tell me if its going to rain tomorrow?

They can tell from checking the dinosaur remains, that used to live in Alaska, but the scientists with common sense don't really care about the doom and gloom some scientists predict "MAY" happen because more money is invested in studies.
There is no problem today because at the most recent G8 meeting, the G8 members agreed that the world's largest 32 countries had to cut their CO2 emissions to 80% from a previous non-agreement of 50% by 2050, but only if India and China agreed, which they wouldn't!
Of course no one knows what would happen if all CO2 emissions halted, because a few years ago, when GOM used to roam Alaska with the dinosaurs, there was no such thing as CO2 emisions, other than the farts of the diosaurs, and all the other old farts!

The final proof is in. 15 inches of rain in 1 day in the Phillipines was blamed on climate change, even though climate change takes place so slowly that GOM, J2F, and myself are the only ones old enough to remember when it used to get to -40 as compared to todays -39.
